Community and Government Relations

Kingsport's Community and Government Relations Office exits as the central coordinator of communications for the City Manager, addressing direct community and legislative concerns, managing intergovernmental relations, maintaining media relations and overseeing grant development. The Office is also responsible for press releases, presentations, and Kingsport’s government access channel -- MyTown Channel 16 carried by Charter Cable, as well as website development and other organizational tasks as directed by the City Manager.
