KINGSPORT - The Downtown Kingsport Association Foundation & the Main Art Center is sponsoring the 12^th Annual Evening with the Arts-“Glamorous & Ghoulish” on October 18^th, 2012 at 7pm in the Main Art Center located inside the historic Gem Theater located at 140 West Main Street, in beautiful Downtown Kingsport.  The “Glamorous and Ghoulish” theme will intertwined art, music, fashion, and delicious foods.  Tickets are $50 per person and sponsorship opportunities are available.  Please call the Main Art Center for tickets at 423-246-6550.

For a moment imagine walking through a dark and deserted castle sitting on a hill in Transylvania.  Thick mist surrounds the castle but from a far beautiful lights glisten from a large window.  The hostess is dressed in her most glamorous attire but her escort has a mysteriously ghoulish grin.  The aroma of fine food and drink float through the air.  This “Glamorous & Ghoulish” event represents the finest local and regional artists.  Mixed mediums will be on display, along with performing artist. Please do not wait to long to purchase your tickets or you could become lost in the mist.
