KINGSPORT -- Rock Springs Valley Road between Rock Springs Road and Poplar Grove Road will be closed daily to through traffic during from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting Monday, June 25, and running at least 2 weeks to allow for sanitary sewer installation. Motorists are requested to consider planning ahead and using extreme caution in the work zone during this period.
