KINGSPORT – Kingsport water customers will experience no or low pressure on Wednesday, August 15, 2012, in the East Kingsport and Indian Springs areas from 8 a.m. until noon. The service disruption will permit the installation of a new pressure reducer. Residents may consider shutting off their water heater during the work period.
