KINGSPORT – Work to replace a water valve will interrupt water service to customers in the vicinity of Midview Street, Midview Place and Noble Street on the morning of Monday, August 27^th, 2012, from 8 a.m. till 1 p.m. Residents might want to consider disconnecting their water heaters during the work period.
