The Kingsport Justice Center 

In addition to the Police Department, the Justice Center also contains Court Rooms: General Sessions Court Division 2 '&' 3, Central Dispatch for Police, Fire, EMS and 911, the city Jail, City Computer Systems Services, and a branch office for the Sullivan County Sheriff Office.
